Prices and booking
The current price per night is € 138 per night in high season, and in low season from € 108 per night for a minimum booking of 3 nights. This includes water, electricity and heating. The tourist tax is charged extra and amounts to € 2,40 per person per night (from the age of 15). A one-time fee of € 40 for final cleaning is charged for this holiday apartment. The apartments are offered without meals. To fix the booking, we ask for a deposit of 30% to the following account:

Cancellation conditions:
In the event of cancellation no later than 3 months before the agreed arrival date, the contract can be canceled by both parties without cancellation fees. In the event of cancellation no later than 1 month before the agreed arrival date, a cancellation fee of 40% of the total package price must be paid. If you cancel up to one week before the agreed arrival date, a cancellation fee of 70% of the package price must be paid. In the last week before the day of arrival, 90% of the agreed package price must be paid.

If the apartment is available on the desired date, you will receive a provisional reservation confirmation from us with the bank details for transferring the deposit of 30%. This provisional reservation confirmation is then valid for 14 days.
Please transfer the deposit within this period.
As soon as the money has been credited to our account, we will send you a fixed booking confirmation to the email address you have provided. Please understand that the deposit paid cannot be refunded in the event of a no-show and will be retained as part of the cancellation fee.
